Privacy notice

Privacy notice

The optional newsletter accepts limited contact and consent fields through a same-origin endpoint. No account, payment, or tool-response collection operates here. Consent-gated site analytics are described below.

01

Owner review status

Owner legal review remains recommended. This notice describes the implemented release boundary and is not legal advice or a promise about a later release.

02

Newsletter data

The optional newsletter requests an email address, required newsletter consent, and an optional first name. A hidden field supports abuse prevention. The same-origin endpoint adds the fixed website source and sends the request to the existing Bridgepath AI Solutions newsletter intake.

Bridgepath uses the submitted contact details for monthly guidance and unsubscribe handling. Joining does not request a sales call.

03

Browser-only tools

Tool selections remain in current React component state. They are not sent to an application endpoint, database, analytics provider, email service, cookie, local storage, session storage, or payment provider. Reloading clears the result.

04

Optional site analytics

This site asks before it measures anything. Until a visitor selects Allow analytics, no analytics script loads, no analytics cookie is set, and no measurement request leaves the browser. Declining is a complete answer: every guide, tool, and resource works identically either way.

After consent, Google Analytics records ordinary page use so this library can tell which guides and tools earn their place. IP addresses are anonymized and Google Signals is disabled, so the data supports measurement rather than advertising profiles.

Tool selections, evaluation answers, and form fields are never sent to analytics. The choice can be changed at any time through the Analytics settings control, and withdrawing consent reloads the page so the tag stops running immediately rather than merely being hidden.

05

Hosting and external links

Infrastructure providers may process ordinary request and security logs under their own controls. Links to official sources and Bridgepath leave this site and are governed by those destinations.

06

Future change

Analytics, email, accounts, submissions, payments, sponsorship, or vendor programs require a documented purpose, minimization rule, security model, retention schedule, consent or legal basis, and updated notice before activation.
